- Baycrest employees are not authorized to interact with your clients.
- Therapists provide "Tier 1" technical support to clients, which means that they field clients' inquiries and reports of problems regarding the use or operation of GMT-related materials and software.
- Therapists respond to user issues related to the Internet, device, browser updates, and forgotten username/passwords.
- Baycrest will provide "Tier 2" technical support to therapists for unresolved problems regarding the use or operation of GMT.
